JLF has advised the shareholders of Murray and Lamb (‘M&L’) on a milestone merger with TC Group to form TC Murray and Lamb.
Trading since 1998, M&L became a leading independent professional accounting firm in the North East over that time.
The transaction was led by renowned dealmaker and M&A expert Jabad Jaigirdar, he said: “We are delighted to have advised on this significant transaction.
