JLF advised Nationwide Lifts & Escalators (Nationwide) on the acquisition of Ascendant Lifts Ltd (Ascendant Lifts) for an undisclosed sum.
Ascendant Lifts is a specialist in the supply and installation, modernisation and maintenance of a complete range of lifts and will support Nationwide’s growth strategy.
Kenneth Chappell, Managing Director of Nationwide said he was delighted with the strategic acquisition and commended the “first class” service provided by JLF.
