Mergers and acquisitions specialists JLF has advised on the merger of Akrivis Wealth and Arena Nagel Clark to create Greenarch Wealth Management.
The newly-combined company will provide enhanced level of support to its clients and strengthen its back-office support team allowing it to grow its client base.
