Mergers and acquisitions specialists JLF has advised on the sale of The Sphere Group to JM Glendinning Group.
Established in 2009, Sphere provides insurance broking services to a wide variety of businesses as well as high net worth individuals. The business will continue to trade as The Sphere Group and retain its team of seven experienced insurance professionals, including MD Alan Oliver. Prior to being acquired by JM Glendinning Group, Sphere was a Gauntlet Group network member, acting as an appointed representative.
Specialist corporate advice was led by Senior Partner Jabad Jaigirdar, he said: “This deal made perfect sense for all parties and we are delighted to have successfully completed the transaction. It is an exciting milestone for the JM Glendinning Group and we wish them the best.”
This sale also reflects the significant level of deal activity JLF has concluded throughout Q1 and into Q2.
