Mergers and acquisitions specialists JLF has advised Katy Sue Designs on acquiring the assets of Kanban Crafts, one of its largest competitors in the papercraft industry.
The acquisition of Kanban is one of a number of deals the company has recently completed as it continues to build its domestic and international presence.
Specialist advice was led by Senior Partner Jabad Jaigirdar, he said: “We are delighted to have been entrusted by Katy Sue Designs to advise on this significant strategic acquisition on which we once again delivered a transaction on a very tight schedule that has been very well received by the shareholders.
