Mergers and acquisitions specialists JLF have advised longstanding client Katy Sue Designs on its acquisition of prominent crafting brand Cosmic Shimmer.
Structured as an assets sale, the multi-faceted transaction, saw Katy Sue Designs also acquire the manufacturing line of Creative Expressions, a related group company of the Seller.
The transaction will see operations of the acquired assets move from Northamptonshire to Katy Sue Design’s North East headquarters, and lead to further job creation in the region.
