JLF is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlotte Paylor as a Trainee Solicitor, with her training contract set to commence in Spring 2027. Prior to starting her training, Charlotte will join JLF as a Paralegal, gaining hands-on experience supporting the firm’s M&A practice across a broad range of transactions.
Charlotte read Chemistry at Lincoln College, University of Oxford, where she built an outstanding academic record. She also brings a distinctive international perspective, having spent twelve years in the United Arab Emirates before returning to the United Kingdom to complete her GCSEs and A-Levels at Yarm School.
Her appointment continues JLF’s ability to attract exceptional graduates from the world’s leading universities to its London and Newcastle offices, where aspiring corporate lawyers are developed through an intensive early-careers programme led by founder and Senior Partner Jabad Jaigirdar.
