The transaction marks an important milestone in the company’s continued evolution, with Managing Director Scott Collins remaining in place to lead the business through its next chapter as part of the Bufab group.
JLF acted as legal adviser to the selling shareholders, leading a multi-disciplinary team that delivered the cross-border transaction from first draft documentation through to closing in little over a month, reflecting the firm’s ability to execute complex M&A transactions with pace, precision and commercial focus.
