JLF is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Potts Print (UK) Limited, one of the largest independently owned printing companies in the UK, on its £8 million management buyout.
Founded over 130 years ago, the Company has built a longstanding reputation for quality and innovation within the UK printing sector. The transaction sees the business transition from sellers Michael and Clare Sandford-Couch to the incumbent management team: Shaun Johnson, Michael Johnson, Mark Devine, Daniel Tobin, Stephanie Taylor, Ian White, David Clasper and Rebecca Owen.
JLF mobilised a deals team comprising Elise Hunter, Associate Solicitor, and Adam Cassidy, Associate Paralegal, with strategic oversight from M&A expert Jabad Jaigirdar. The JLF team worked closely alongside top 10 UK accountancy firm S&W in advising on the tax structuring elements of the transaction, ensuring a coordinated and technically robust approach throughout.
